Bridal Bookings

  • Please be aware that the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. Once the booking is confirmed and the deposit is submitted, any alterations or cancellations regarding the starting time or size of the bridal party will result in additional charges. In cases where the booking is down-sized after confirmation, the original quoted price will still be applicable.

  • Additional parking fees apply for locations such as Adelaide CBD, and Glenelg.

  • It is the bride’s responsibility to ensure all members of the bridal party are aware of their allocated time slot, on location and are ready when required. Georgia is not responsible if desired completion time is not met due to client/group/wedding party delays. 

  • In emergency circumstances such as severe illness, hospitalisation, or emergencies beyond their control, Georgia agrees to use all possible efforts to find an equally qualified, professional replacement artist to replicate the agreed-upon makeup style using notes and photos from your trial. The paid amount will also be refunded.

Pricing
• All pricing is subject to change without notice; however, any updates will not affect appointments that are already confirmed and paid in full.

Appointment Length
Please allow 1 hour  for your makeup when planning your day. Arriving late may result in a shortened service, but full payment still applies.
• Please arrive promptly and allow sufficient time for parking and preparation, as late arrivals affect the schedule of following clients.

Late Arrivals & No-Show
• If you do not arrive within 15 minutes of your appointment time, it may be cancelled with payment forfeited.
• No-shows will also result in forfeited payment.

Health & Safety
• If you are unwell or showing symptoms of illness (cold/flu, fever, cold sores, conjunctivitis, etc.), please do not attend. Georgia reserves the right to refuse service, and payments will not be refunded.

  • Georgia reserves the right to refuse service on any clients displaying contagious viral symptoms including but not limited to vomiting, diarrhoea and suspicious rash, to ensure her health and other clients.

  • Clients must disclose any known allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their appointment. Georgia is not liable for any adverse reactions if this information is withheld.

  • Any visible signs of skin irritation, infection, or contagious conditions may result in refusal of service for health and safety reasons.

  • Georgia will not apply makeup to any area with open wounds, cold sores, or infections for hygiene and safety purposes.

Conduct & Safety
• Clients are expected to behave respectfully at all times.

  • Aggressive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated. Georgia reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if she feels threatened, intimidated, or unsafe. Payments will not be refunded in such circumstances.
    • No children or additional guests are permitted during appointments, as Georgia cannot supervise them. Only the client receiving the service should attend.

  • Children in attendance of the booking are to be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Children are not to be in the service area at any time unless they are having a service and are being supervised by a responsible adult. This is for their own safety due to use of hot styling tools, electrical equipment, and very heavy equipment which can tip if not used correctly. Georgia accepts no liability from any claims arising from any children’s injury while in the service area.
    • No smoking or vaping is permitted in the studio or in the chair.
    • Georgia reserves the right to remove clients from the studio, or leave a booking, if they breach any rules for the safety and comfort of all parties.

Personal Belongings
• Georgia is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings brought into the studio.

Liability Disclaimer
• Clients agree that Georgia is not liable for any adverse reactions, injuries, or accidents resulting from services provided, except where caused by negligence.
• By attending the appointment, clients confirm they have disclosed any known skin sensitivities, allergies, or medical conditions prior to the booking.

Studio Hygiene
• Studio and equipment are maintained to the highest hygiene standards.
• Clients are requested to arrive with clean skin free of makeup for the service booked.

Photography & Social Media
• By attending the appointment, clients consent to Georgia using photographs/video of the service for promotional or social media purposes, unless otherwise requested.
• Clients may request that images not be used prior to their appointment.

Final Notes
• By booking an appointment, clients acknowledge and agree to all the above Terms & Conditions.
• Georgia reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of changes prior to their next booking.
• Georgia appreciates your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a professional and respectful environment.
